Today for Vintage Wednesday (if I make it for Wednesday...it's almost midnight!) I'd like to review another awesome store that I've discovered while killing time before work. The store is called, "Regeneration". It's located off of Woodward in Pleasant Ridge, Michigan.

It is actually a used clothing store with a small vintage section. Even though their selection of vintage is small, it is really good quality. The average clothing item is about $10 and the sales staff were friendly and helpful. A friendly sales staff is a big deal for me personally when it comes to returning to a store. I cannot stand snooty people or people who try way too hard to push a sale. It just makes me uncomfortable and want to leave the store. So, good sales team = huge plus.
Another huge plus for this store is their shoes. Wow. They have an amazing selection of shoes!!! They had this really amazing pair that were really unique and unlike any other pair I've ever seen. I really wanted to snatch them up, but they were a tad too small. I'm kicking myself right now because I cannot remember what they looked like at all. I just remember that they were awesome. I actually drew a little picture of what they looked like so I wouldn't forget, but I lost the piece of paper!! *Sigh.*
Anyway, so I bought Jon this shirt ($8), which is not actually vintage, but it's got a cool vintage look to it:

Isn't he handsome?
I bought this dress ($12) for myself:

This is definetly not something that I can wear in 90+ degree weather, but come this winter season, you'll probably be seeing me in this festive dress quite a bit! I really love dresses with long sleeves. They are so nice and cozy!
You should all know by now that I'm a sucker for blurry pictures, so here are two mistakes that I thought turned out really cool:

That's it for this installment of Vintage Wednesday. Check back next week for more vintage fun!
P.S. A side note on the shoe picture: It's funny how even though Jon and I are both creative people, we think really differently when it comes to art. He's a writer, so to him everything always has to have a meaning or reason. So, I was like "Ohh, the shoes would look really cool against the phone!" He said that was stupid and that it doesn't make any sense for a shoe to be by a phone. I tried to explain to him that I was interested in the shape and negative space that the two create. He still thought it was stupid.
