For the first outfit I finally broke out my floral shirt that I bought after being influenced by an article in lucky magazine (see earlier posts). It's not quite how I envisioned styling it. It doesn't really feel like 'me', but I liked the outfit nonetheless. I felt a bit Diane Keaton-esque and I was very comfortable.
The Breakdown:
Outfit:
Dress with peach detail: H&M
Skirt: H&M, resale shop
Shirt: Thrifted (no label)
Black Flats: Mia
Nylons: CVS
Accessories:
Hat: H&M
Ball Necklace: H&M
This second outfit I wore to work during the day (with my work shirt over it) but then added the belt and threw on the long cardigan after work to visit with a friend. I wore a fluffy blue skirt under the black one to give the appearance of a petticoat (something I really really want for my dresses this spring/summer). Actually I did the same thing with the outfit from above too. Above I'm wearing a black dress with a fluffy black skirt underneath.
The Breakdown:

I am very disappointed because this week is the Ann Arbor Film Festival and I don't have enough money to go!! I'm never back in Michigan for the festival and now that I live here I don't have enough money!! Grrrrrrr!!!!!! Usually I'm okay with being poor, but this week it really sucks.
Also, it would be nice to go see Tegan and Sara tonight at the Royal Oak Music Theatre, but again no money.
In good news though, this upcoming Tuesday Jon and I are going on our first official date since moving back to the mitten. So, expect a super cute outfit post next Tuesday!
