2nd day at the new job. Worked concession today. Went well, but I did mess up a few of the counts. I know it's expected because it's my first time learning how to do counts, but I still feel bad for being off. So, that was a downer, but other than that things went well. I learned how to make a cappuccino. Yes, after nearly 4 years at the same company and nearly 7 years in the movie theatre business I have learned how to make a damn cappuccino. Think what you will, I'm still proud of myself.
I actually wore the below outfit Wednesday for going out and running errands. It was simple, comfy, yet not boring jeans and t-shirt. Perfect for errand running. You can't really see in this picture, but I'm wearing my awesome Prince t-shirt. It's super soft and super cool.
The Breakdown:
Outfit:
Prince T-shirt (can't really see it, but trust me it's cool): Gift
Green Cardigan: H&M
Skirt: No Appt. Necessary, Thrifted
Leggings: Victoria's Secret
Socks: Betsy Johnson, Sale
I'm going to stop listing the prices on items for now. Just because it takes so much longer to do and since I rework a lot of my outfits it gets a bit redundant. I'm going to assume that if I list something as 'thrifted' or 'sale' or 'gift' you'll know it wasn't very expensive. However, if I've just bought something or if I know I got something for a great deal I'll still list the price.
Yes, yes. Okay. So...I was looking through some old documents in my iPhoto folder and I found a picture of this dress:

Isn't it just gorgeous? I love the pattern and the negative shape that it creates. Oh, beautiful dress how I wish I owned you! I can't remember who the designer is. If anyone knows, please tell me! Who knows, perhaps I'll win the lottery (even though I don't play the lottery...) and I'll be able to purchase this beauty.
Speaking of beauty, doesn't Penelope look like a beauty queen in this picture?
Have a great weekend.
